Payments: How to add a Payment

1. Click on the '+ Add New' button and select 'Payment'.

2. Choose to enter your Payment one of three different ways: by posting  it to the Client's Trust Account (for holding), the Client's Operating Account/Matter Ledger (for monies owed), or to a specific Invoice.

Note: If posting a Payment to general Operating, the system will allocate the Payment to the oldest Invoice first.
