How to export Rocket Matter data like Clients, Contacts, or Matters with 'Advanced Search'.
Export your Rocket Matter data via CSV for further sorting or import using our 'Advanced Search' option.
1. Select the gear icon located in the global search box.
2. To get a list of all Clients, populate the 'From' date with the desired date to begin your search and populate the 'To' date with today's date.
In Rocket Matter, a 'Client' is a contact that has a Matter attached to it. A 'Contact', is just a personal or business contact saved in your account without a Matter attached to it.
3. Place an asterisk in the 'Client' field.
4. Select 'Search'.
5. A list of Clients will populate below. Select 'Export' to export the CSV file.
NOTE: In order to see all of the columns included in your search results you will need to click on 'Export' for more details like Client address and email.
6. Select other items at the top of the screen and adjust your filters to export other lists like Contacts, Matters, Activities, Tags, etc.
