How to enable and disable Single Sign-on (SSO)
Single sign-on is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials. When enabled, ALL users are immediately affected.
This feature is only available in the Premier Tier. If you are on Premier and do not see this option, please call Support at 888-432-1529 prompt 1 for Support.
Note: Please keep in mind, that only users who have a Microsoft email address assigned in their user profile will be able to access their Rocket Matter account. Also, the user name MUST be the same full email address in order for this feature to work. In addition, this feature may require permission from your organizations administrator.
1. Click 'Settings' which is located in the navigational panel on the left-hand side.
2. In 'Settings' click 'Single Sign-on Configuration' - located on the bottom right of the screen .
3. Click to check 'Enable Single Sign On for this firm'
*You can turn this feature off by unchecking this box at any time.
NOTE: If you receive an error message you may need to get your firm's admin to enable the feature.
