'I want to see all the expenses incurred' Report Key
The Expenses Report tracks all expenses created in Rocket Matter and will calculate totals based on the filters selected. This total includes all expenses, even if they are 'no-charge' or 'non-billable'. Additionally, deleted expenses will not show on this report.
Filters
Start Date & End Date: This filter will scope the report to expenses that were created between the given start and end date.
Currency: This filter will limit the results to expenses that have the specified currency set.
Report Columns
Client: Results are grouped by client name. This columns displays the client that the expense is associated with.
Matter: The matter name that the expense is associated with.
Description: The description of the expense.
Date: The billing date set for the expense.
Amount: The amount of the expense.
Total Expenses: This value represents the sum of the total expenses as filtered in the report.
