'I want to see a high level view of my matters and their statuses' Report Key

This report provides users with a high-level view of Project Management and the count of matters in each Matter Type. Each of these 'counts' can be clicked on, which routes users to the 'I want to see all my matters that have a certain workflow status attached' report. Once users are rerouted to this detailed report, the filter set will automatically narrow down the result set to only the relevant information. 

For example, the Matter Workflow Status Report, says '5' matters are 'On Schedule' for the Auto Accident - Client Receiving Treatment Matter type. Upon clicking the '5' in the report grid, a new tab will open to display the 'I want to see all my matters that have a certain workflow status attached' report. This report will filter and display only the 5 Matters with the Matter type 'Auto Accident - Client Receiving Treatment' and have a status of 'On Schedule'.

Filters

  • Start Date & End Date: This filter will scope the report to Matters that were created between the given date range. This does not limit or filter Matters by their status (Open, Completed, or Closed).
  • Select matter type: This filter will scope the result set to one specific Project Management Matter type. This filter can be left empty which will return all Matter types. This list will pull in any Matter types created in the Project Management 'Edit Matter Types' section of the 'Settings' page.

Report Columns

  • Matter Type: This column displays the type in which the Matter belongs to. These Matter types are assigned at the Matter level, within the 'Edit Matter' page. 
  • Status: This column displays the Matter status in which the Matter belongs to. These Matter statuses are assigned at the Matter level, within the 'Edit Matter' page. 
  • On Schedule: This column displays the number of Matters that fall into the category of 'On Schedule'. This is determined by the 'Days in Workflow Status' and 'Max Recommended Days in Workflow Status'. These values can be found in the 'I want to see all my matters that have a certain workflow status attached' report. 
  • Overdue: This column displays the number of Matters that fall into the category of 'Overdue'. This is determined by the 'Days in Workflow Status' and 'Max Recommended Days in Workflow Status'. These values can be found in the 'I want to see all my matters that have a certain workflow status attached' report. 
  • Total: This column provides the user with the aggregate count of all Matters assigned to a specific Matter type and status.
