Prebills section: How to view all unresolved billable activities.
After auditing Prebill results and sending comments, you can filter to find all unresolved billable activities for follow up. Only users with the appropriate permissions will be able to complete this action.
1. Click 'Billing' from the left-hand navigation panel and select the 'Prebills' option below.
2. In the 'Prebill Results' section, you can access a list of all Clients and Matters with current charges. Use the 'Prebill Filters' to filter accordingly, or leave blank to display all.
NOTE: If you previously set all unresolved line items to a 'Pending' status, then simply filter by 'Status' and choose 'Pending'. This is the fastest and most efficient way to access the Matters you want to resolve. However, if you did not set line items with comments to 'Pending', then continue following all steps below.
