How to upload a Document Template.

Only users with administrative access will have the ability to delete previously uploaded, or existing document templates. Additionally, only users with administrative access will have the ability to download previously uploaded, or existing document templates. This applies to all tiers.

1. Select 'Tools' from the left-hand navigation panel.

2. Select 'Document Templates'.

3. Click '+Add a Template'.

4.  Click 'Choose File' to select a template to upload. Then, click 'Next'.

5. Name the template and click 'Next'.

6. View Document Template:

If all of the Merge Fields are listed in green, then the Document Template was created successfully without any merge field errors.

7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Publish'.
