RM Trust: How to apply a Payment to a Client's Trust Account.
1. Click on 'Add New', and select 'Payment'.
2. Select 'Apply Payment to Trust'.
3. Enter the client name, payment amount, payment date, select the correct trust account from the drop-down and enter a payment description. Click 'Deposit Funds' to record the payment.
To take a payment using a credit card via Rocket Matter Payments, click on 'Receive Payment' instead of Deposit Funds.
4. Enter the credit card information and click 'Review'.
NOTE: In order to store credit card details for later use, toggle on 'Store payment details for later use'.
