Troubleshooting steps for Office 365.

Is your Office 365 sync acting up? Try disabling your Office 365 integration on your Rocket Matter profile, then, re-enable it following these simple steps:

1. Select 'My Profile' from the left-hand navigation panel.

2. Scroll down and click 'Disconnect office 365'. Then, click 'OK'.

3. Access your profile again and click 'Enable Office 365 integration'.

4. The Microsoft window will open. Enter your login and click 'Next'.

5. Then, enter your password and click 'Sign in'.

6. Click 'Accept'.

7. Lastly, click 'OK' from your profile page.
