Is your Office 365 sync acting up? Try this!

Disable your Office 365 integration on your Rocket Matter profile then re-enable it by following these simple steps:

1. Click on 'My Profile' on the left-hand side of your navigational panel.

2. Scroll down, click 'Disconnect office 365', and click 'OK'.

3. Access the profile again, click 'Enable Office 365 integration'.

4. The Microsoft window will open. Click 'Next'.

5. Click 'Sign in'.

6. Click 'Accept'.

7. Click 'OK'.
