How to reference a Matter while chatting in Communicator.
The Communicator is located in the bottom-right hand side of your screen. You can send real-time messages to your coworkers, send documents, or even start a virtual conference. For more on using the Communicator, click here.
1. When chatting in the Communicator, type 'm:' and begin typing the Matter name.
2. A list of Matters will appear in the drop-down list. Select the Matter.
3. Once you've finished typing, press 'Enter' on your keyboard.
4. The Matter referenced will appear in your chat conversation. Select the Matter name to open the Matter.
