CRM: How to manage and assign leads.

Rocket Matter's CRM feature allows you to configure notifications for individuals and/or users of the portal regarding new leads when they are created. CRM can also automatically assign new incoming leads to a specified user. These tools are useful if you are a firm that has a singular person that handles all incoming inquiries.

Only users with administrative permission will have access to make these changes.

1. While viewing your CRM, on the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Setup”.

2. Select  “Global Settings and Statuses”.

3. Scroll to the 'New Lead Notification' section.

In this section you can configure who should be notified when new leads are created in your CRM portal. You will have the option to manually type in email addressees and/or phone numbers. This will determine whether the person will be notified via email and/or SMS text message. Any email address and/or phone numbers can be entered in these fields, even if the person does not have a CRM user account.

*If you are entering multiple emails and phone numbers, please make sure they are separated by commas.

Click the green 'Save' button to save your changes.
