How to retrieve phone Messages.
1. Select 'Messages' from the left-hand navigation panel.
2. Click on the individual Message title to open it.
3. Review the Message Details and click 'OK', or select 'Archive' to save it in archives.
4. All archived Messages will be found under the 'view: archived'.
