Rocket Matter Track: How to copy, delete, import or export linking rules.
Creating a linking rule can help you automatically create time entries based on certain actions you define.
COPY LINKING RULES:
1. Select 'Linking Rules' in the left-hand navigational panel.

2. Hover your cursor over the rule you wish you copy, and a duplicate icon will appear.

You'll be prompted with the following screen. From here, you can change the copied description, the associated applications, key words or the linked client:matter.

DELETE LINKING RULES:
Hover your cursor over the rule you wish delete, and the garbage can icon will appear. Click to delete the linking rule.

IMPORTING AND EXPORTING LINKING RULES:
Within the Rocket Matter Track application, locate the settings icon in the left-hand panel. You will find an option labeled 'Export/Import' for linking rules in this section.
Note: Linking rules are matter-specific, meaning they apply to the matter associated with the rule. Consequently, sharing your rules with colleagues may not always be the best approach. These rules are most effectively utilized when a user wants to apply identical linking rules on their personal computer, for instance.
