'I want to see all matters in which I am sharing invoices' Report Key
Invoice Sharing Report displays information for invoices that are shared automatically with clients through email and/or portal. The filters allow you to view those matters with invoice sharing enabled or those that do not have invoice sharing enabled.
Filters
Matters with Invoice Sharing:
This filter will pull in matters that are sharing invoices via email and/or portal.
Matters not sharing invoices:
This filter will pull in matters not sharing invoices and exclude matters that are sharing invoices via email and/or portal.
Report Columns
Client:Matter: The client and matter that invoices are shared with or not shared with based on the filter options selected.
First Name: First Name of the Client.
Last Name: Last Name of the Client.
Email Address Type: Email address type that was selected when invoice sharing was configured (home or work).
Email: The Email address that was selected to send invoices to when invoice sharing was configured.
Work Phone: Work phone number of the Client.
Share Type: This displays whether the invoice sharing delivery is through email, portal or both when invoice sharing was configured.
