'I want to see all of my trust transactions by client' Report Key.

The Client Trust Details report tracks all trust transactions by the client. The report does not display any adjustments made on a client trust account ledger. All activity that involves adding or removing trust funds from an account will populate in this report. Deleted trust transactions and pending trust transfers will not appear in this report. This report mirrors the data shown in the 'All Trust Transactions report' except it is presented in a grid format that groups the transactions by the client.

Summary Totals

Debits: The sum of all debits associated with a client’s trust account. This summary is displayed in the debit column at the very end of all listed transactions per client.

Credits: The sum of all credits associated with a client’s trust account. This summary is displayed in the credit column at the very end of all listed transactions per client.

Filters

Start Date and End Date: This filter will scope the report to all trust credit and debit transactions that were created between the given start and end date.

Report Columns

Type: This column displays if the trust transaction added or removed funds from the trust account. Credits will add to the trust account. Debits will remove from the trust account.

Date: The date that the trust transaction occurred. 

Client: The client that the trust transaction was associated with. This is the trust account that the transaction was affected by.

Description: The description of the trust transaction. If the description is an invoice the transaction is a withdrawal towards the invoice stated.

Debit: This column displays the numeric value of a trust transaction that removed funds to a client trust account.

Credit: This column displays the numeric value of a trust transaction that added funds to a client trust account.

Balance: This column displays the balance of the client trust account after the transaction occurred.
