Is there a report to see a high-level view of my Matters and their statuses?

1. Select 'Reports' from the left-hand navigation panel.

If you don't see 'Reports' in the left-hand navigational panel, please contact your account administrator.

2. Scroll to 'I want to see a high level view of my matters and their statuses' and select 'Run Report'.

3. Click 'Edit Filters' to edit your report filtering criteria.

4.  Enter a start date and end date, if applicable. Select a matter type to filter, or leave blank to display all matter types. When finished, Click "Apply Filters".

5. View the number of matters within the matter type. Select the number in the 'On Schedule' column to drill down the report further for that matter type.

Unassigned Matter Type: In this example, you'll see 46 'Unassigned Statuses', these are matters that do not have a matter type assigned. You can click on the number '46', and a report of those matters will generate with detailed information.

After clicking the number, the report may appear blank. However, click 'Run Report' to display all of the associated matters.

All reports can be exported by selecting the 'Export Report' tab at the top right of this view.
