*QuickBooks Online: Sync Statuses (Billable Time, Expenses, Invoices, Payments and Matter Ledger)
Each QuickBooks activity will now have an in-app icons next to each activity. These icons indicate the current sync status of activities that currently sync from Rocket Matter to QuickBooks Online.
At-a-glance use the icons as reference to gather a better understanding of what activities have been synced, pending sync or have been modified.
Hover over each icon to view the status details.
THE FOUR SYNC STATUS ICONS AND THEIR MEANING:
1. Entry queued for sync:
2. Entry synced successfully.
3. Entry information has been edited.
4. Entry updates have re-synced successfully.
RECENT BILLABLE ACTIVITY
While viewing your matter's recent billable activity, you can see which expenses have synced to QuickBooks. If you do not have 'Expenses Synced' in your QuickBooks configuration, you will not see the status icons next to each expense.
Sync status icons will NOT display next to display next to billable activities such as Flat Fees, Billable Calendar Events and Time entries. Once these items have been invoiced, the sync status icon will appear next to the invoice associated with those billable entries.
MATTER LEDGER
At a quick glance view all ledger items that are pending sync, or have synced to QuickBooks. The matter ledger will display a sync icon next to all payments, invoices, and credit and debit adjustments.
