This is a friendly reminder that on November 10, 20223 we will be migrating to a new sponsor bank as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our payment processing services. 

For context, the sponsor bank is responsible for ensuring the funds transfer to you and the ACH payments transfer to the processor. This transition will not impact your current business operations and there are no additional fees associated with the change.   

Effective 11/10/23, we will change from Fifth Third to Synovus Bank. We've taken every precaution to ensure a smooth migration with minimal impact to your daily operations.  We understand the importance of uninterrupted payment processing for your business and will make every effort possible to ensure the transition is seamless.

What you need to do: Before 11/10/23, please notify your bank of the new ACH Company ID 2465382828 to ensure there are no funding issues or delays.
