Cancel Your Rocket Matter Subscription

Before cancelling, please ensure that you have downloaded your contacts and matters and pulled all necessary reports.  Your account data will be deleted as of the next billing date following your cancellation.  

To cancel any add-on services, or your Rocket Matter account:

  1. You must be an Administrator in the Rocket Matter Account.
     
  2. Go to Settings > Billing > click Cancel Account.
     
  3. You will receive a six-digit code on the email address connected to your user account.
    Enter the code you received and click Login.
     
  4. A Cancel Subscriptions window will display with a drop-down for the subscription and add-ons (such as CRM that your firm may have purchased).

    Select the add-on or subscription you wish to cancel.
     
  5. From the Reason for Cancellation drop-down, select a reason for your cancellation.
    Add Additional Comments and click Next.
     
  6. On the Confirm Cancellation window, if you agree with the consequences related to your cancellation, check the box and click Next.

    You will receive a success message informing you that your request has been submitted successfully.
     
  7. To verify your request, click Show Cancellation Detail.
