How to bill for phone Messages.

1. Select 'Messages' from the left-hand navigation panel.

2. From your Message List, click the desired message.

3. Manually enter the billable time. Or click the 'play' button while you return your phone call, in order to capture your billable time down to the second. Click 'OK' to save.

The billed activity will show up in the associated Matter under 'Pending Billable Activity'. The Message itself will be stored in your archives and on the Client Contact record.
