Rocket Matter Pay Portal - How to receive notifications by email for all Rocket Matter Pay transactions with Stax.
You can be notified of certain actions taken in Rocket Matter Pay.
Actions include:
- A payment that has been received via your online payments link.
- A refund has been processed.
- A transaction has failed.
- A scheduled payment has been processed.
- A card present payment has been processed (if applicable).
1. Click on 'Settings' in the left-hand navigational panel.
2. Select 'Log into Rocket Matter Pay'
3. Within the Rocket Matter Pay Portal, click on 'Settings' in the left-hand panel.
4. Select 'Notifications' from the menu options on the top of this page.
5. Select the actions that you would like to be notified of.
Weekly Summary: Check to receive a weekly summary email each Saturday morning.
Automated Receipt Options:
Send email notifications for the following actions:
- A payment that has been received via your online payments link.
- A refund has been processed.
- A transaction has failed.
- A scheduled payment has been processed.
- A card present payment has been processed (if applicable).
- Check 'All' to receive all email notifications.
6. Enter the email address(es) that should receive the notifications.
You can BCC or CC additional emails, if applicable.
7. Click 'Save' to save your notifications.
