How to use Single Sign-on in the Mobile App (SSO)

Note: Please keep in mind, that only users who have a Microsoft email address assigned in their user profile will be able to access their Rocket Matter account. Also, the user name MUST be the full email address in order for this feature to work.

This feature must be enabled first in order to log in.


1. Open the Rocket Matter Mobile app on your phone.

*If you are only prompted for your username, not a password, then SSO is already enabled for your account.

2. Enter your user name and click "Login", then you will be prompted to enter your Microsoft password.
