How to edit the 'Rocket Matter Shared Invoice Email' template.

Personalize the email that your clients receive when they are notified of an invoice payment. The merge fields will be replaced with the corresponding information.

To make changes to the shared invoice email, users must have administrative privileges to access the Settings page. This is accessible for all subscription tiers.

1. Select 'Settings' from the left-hand navigation panel.

2. Click 'Rocket Matter Shared Invoice Email'.

***Matter and Client Custom Fields***

Effortlessly incorporate your current custom matter fields when personalizing the email your clients receive with their invoices. The merge fields will be replaced with the relevant information.

Any new custom fields for matters and client will automatically become available as they are created.

Use the arrows to expand, and collapse the merge fields, matter custom fields and client custom fields.
