How to use Matter Budgets
Matter Budgeting is part of Rocket Matter's Advanced Analytics Module.
To use the Matter Budgeting feature, you must first assign a budget to a matter. Then, the 'Matter Budget Report' will show you if the time you've captured on a case is within your allotted budget, and how close you are to exceeding your budget.
Matter Budget Report details include the Client, Matter, Budgeted, Time Billed, and Remaining.
1. Assign a budget.
2. Run the Matter Budget Report.

Matter Budget Report is exportable in .csv format, which can be opened and manipulated in Excel. Click the green "Export" button to export.
